Yogurt contains good bacteria other wise I’m petty? sure people wouldn’t recommend it for diets.

@dennybunny22 Use a combination of one part sea salt and one part lemon juice. Mix together in a bowl, and use your fingertips to apply and gently rub into the dark patches on your arms. With regular treatments, these patches will lighten and come completely off,a nd you’ll? have glowing skin. You can also use a loofah on those patches.
